Mitogen’s anti-DFS autoimmune diagnostic test is used to identify the presence of monospecific anti-DFS70 antibodies which is supportive evidence to rule-out systemic lupus erythematous (SLE) and other systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases. When the HEp-2 IFA test is reported as positive but no clear autoimmune disease is clinically apparent it is recommended to use Mitogen’s anti-DFS autoimmune diagnostic test as a follow-up test.
