Receiving Results

Within Alberta

Results are uploaded to Netcare/Millennium/SCM upon test completion. With a few exceptions, we do not normally fax or send results to referring laboratories or physicians directly. Please contact us if you do not have access to Netcare/Millennium/SCM.

Outside Alberta

Results are faxed to referring laboratories only. If you have not received your results, please contact the laboratory that sent your sample. For missing or delayed reports, please contact us at lab@mitogendx.com

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Accurate and complete MitogenDx requisitions ensure that samples can be processed in a timely manner. Submission of incomplete / non-MitogenDx requisitions will result in processing delays which MitogenDx cannot be accountable for. Fees may be applied.

Direct to Customer / Patient

Results of a test ordered directly from an individual customer will be emailed to the customer within the designated turnaround time starting from the day the sample is registered in our system. Log in to your account to view the status of your requested testing.
