Mitogen’s Systemic Lupus Profile is a comprehensive autoimmune diagnostic test for systemic lupus erythematous (SLE). Some antigen targets such as anti-Sm in this test are SLE-specific, while others (i.e. anti-U1-RNP, anti-Ro60/SSA) can be seen in other systemic autoimmune disease.
