Mitogen’s Cancer-Associated Autoantibody Panel is an exclusive autoimmune diagnostic test detects antibodies to CENP-F and p53. When a HEp-2 IFA pattern is reported as a nuclear matrix (AC-5) or pleomorphic (cell cycle) AC-14 pattern, this test should be used to confirm antibodies to CENP-F. The majority of patients (>70%) with anti-CENP-F have a malignancy.
