CLINICAL ASSOCIATIONS

Mitogen’s Nucleolar Autoantibody Profile is an autoimmune diagnostic test that identifies anti-nucleolar antibodies that are often a challenge to detect and identify by HEp-2 IFA (AC-1, 8, 9, 10). Historically, anti-nucleolar antibodies were primarily associated with scleroderma. However, they are seen in a wide variety of other conditions.
